Uma pesquisa realizada a pedido da <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/exame.abril.com.br\/seu-dinheiro\/os-imoveis-que-voce-pode-financiar-de-acordo-com-o-seu-salario\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exame<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mostra que o poder de compra aumentou 21% em 2017. Quem, por exemplo, possui rendimentos de at\u00e9 3 mil reais por m\u00eas, pode financiar im\u00f3veis de at\u00e9 R$ 115 mil. J\u00e1 quem possui renda familiar de at\u00e9 8 mil reais por m\u00eas consegue at\u00e9 R$ 300 mil. Ou seja: quanto maior a sua renda, maior seu cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipos_de_financiamento\"><\/span><b>Tipos de financiamento<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existem alguns tipos de financiamentos de im\u00f3veis, e voc\u00ea pode utilizar o Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS), Sistema Brasileiro de Poupan\u00e7a e Empr\u00e9stimo (SBPE), e o financiamento feito direto com a construtora.
